Found pet wandering on N Olney with a leash and collar. No tags, not fixed and haven’t yet been able to check for chip.

He’s very friendly, understands basic commands and looks healthy. Please reach out if this is your dog!! I have him safe inside temporarily but CANNOT keep him past Friday and will have to take him to IACS at that point. Proof of ownership required.
