Deceased German shepherd on I-70W (left shoulder) just before the Sam Jones Expressway exit. The dog was near mile marker 75.9. I am pretty sure it was a German shepherd and not a coyote. There is a shoulder that you can park on along this section if you want to check the dog for a collar or microchip. Attaching photo of area where the dog was seen. Found near Riverside. Has a collar. Not chipped. Maybe 3-4 months old. He’s safe but we need to find his family! He has a collar so I’d think he belongs to someone. He’s too young for testicals but likely not fixed.

Male dog with red collar. Predominantly brown. Seems to have had a bark collar or electric fence collar. Seemed like a sweet dog, but when got close to his collar to look for possible phone number, it became skittish.

We actually found 2 dogs. One German Shepherd and a pitbull. Both very friendly and the pitbull has a collar. We have them in our warehouse but must take them to animal control sometime today as were a business.
