Found dog on Raymond and Meridian . Was hit by a car . Back legs seem to be broken . With help I loaded him into my car and took him to the IndyVet Emergency Hospital . Has a grey/black collar but no tag . I wasn’t able to get info on if he was chipped or not . Very sweet dog and was very down/sad . If this is your dog please locate him at the hospital and be there with him ❤️
