Likely a Rottweiler but unconfirmed. Dog appears very friendly but did not respond well when someone attempted to take ahold of collar. I’m reporting for my mother – dog was dumped near her home around 16th & Arsenal. Persons who spotted the woman who dumped stated she said she saw dog closer to Westside near White River Pkwy in road so she stopped to pick him up worried he would get hit…but for some reason she drove him all the way to East side and dumped him bc she had to go to work. Story seems sketch and frustrating bc now he won’t be able to find his way home.
