He was found by waffle house with address 2621 S Lynhurst Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46241
The waffle house staff said he was a regular and may or may not have an owner, although he was skinny and had some patches of hair missing. He was walking everywhere near the highway and we were very worried so we took him in as a found pet.
