Brown dog with scratches on his face. Definitely a male dog. His ribs and spine are now showing, so I think he’s been lost for a while. He has on a black harness with a brown design. He was running around with a black and white Pitbull, but I cannot see the Pit anywhere around. Found on my back porch. Has been hanging around me and my neighbor’s yards this morning, but too scared to be fed. Proof of ownership is required.
