Neighbors found this sweet pit (male, reddish tan with white belly, not neutered) this morning in their yard near 54th and Capitol. Wearing a chain collar with what looks like a snapped off leash hook still attached. Collar had a rabies tag with a vet clinic number attached, we have tried calling them but the number they had for the owner is no longer in service and they won’t give out any other contact details.
