Brown medium sized female dog found on busy road on the far East Side. I am posting this for a in-law. The dog is being kept and fed and not leaving the property. We need somebody to come check for a microchip. The people that are keeping the dog are not able to put it in a car and take it to the vet to check for microchip. Very sweet dog looks to have been starved for several days. This is really more of a sighting because they do not have the dog contained but it will not leave the property.
