I spotted a deceased German shepherd on the side of South Meridian Street, south of the Hannah Avenue intersection in front of a housing addition on the east side of the road. The dog appeared to have a green leash with some kind of pattern attached to it. I saw this driving on my way to work and unfortunately have no further information. The dog appeared to be full grown.
