I found this small, fluffy tan dog without a collar. He had a green harness on and it was way too tight. We are calling the dog Reggie. I found him in wandering around in the rain off of East Washington St. He was almost hit by a car twice so I grabbed him so he wouldn’t have to stay outside while it was raining and so he would be safe from cars. I gave him a bath, food and water. He is as sweet as can be! I will take him to see if he has a microchip.
