Small black and white dog (lhasa apso looking) longer/shaggy hair. I believe the dog was wearing a color maybe blue with something pink on it? I tried to approach and call it to me, it did not run but headed down into the creekbed between Eagles Watch Subdivision and BaysWater Subdivision.
