Black cat with what looked like a blue collar was at 302 S 9th Ave in Beech Grove. The cat fled northbound up 9th Ave and was last seen at houses on the west side of 9th between Byland and Churchman. Cat was very skiddish and flighty.

Small, grey striped, not sure the gender. Pink nose, green/yellow eyes. Won’t let me get close. Has been coming in and out of my backyard for about a month now that I’ve noticed.
