He is chipped but chip is not registered. He is neutered and very friendly. He as adopted from ICAS so sent them an email to see if they can contact the owner. Proof of ownership is required. He’s been outside for about 2 months eating with Community Cats. I have him now and he is safe and happy.

I saw these two pups running around north of 52nd on Evanston. We tried to get them to come to us, but they did not seem to trusting of me or my boyfriend, and I had no treats or anything to offer them. They did not have collars, but they did look healthy, so I hope someone recognizes them or they wander their way home and not toward 52nd.
