Stocky intact male pitbull with cut ears, some markings on face and nose either bait wounds or skin issue. He ran right up to my car and was wanting me to get out. He could have been friendly, definitely was thirsty. I am 7 months pregnant and could not risk not knowing how he’d react to me getting out. Another car showed up down the street and he ran to their door, giving me time to set out some water. As of 8:30 he was laying in the grass at the entrance of Cumberland Lakes off of N. Cumberland Rd and 30th. Prior to that he was running around the Cumberland Lakes neighborhood near Rothe Lane and Rothe Way.
