He was found by a loved one in an alley on the Eastside. He was taken to a vet and that’s how we found out he is chipped. House of owners on file looked abandoned & no one answered the phone when we called the number on file. He’s a sweet and affectionate chocolate lab mix and is approximately 2-3 yrs old. He loves to be outside and play all day and then come cuddle for a good nights rest. I did not formerly adopt or foster him because I do not have the capacity to care for him full time.
