She’s a small about 5lb miniature cockapoo, black on most of her body, brown on her paws and under body. She has a green and yellow avocado collar on. She has two teeth on her bottom left canine as well. I was in a car accident and when we got out she ran, she doesn’t like loud noises. She may growl and bark but she does not bite.

Black cat with what looked like a blue collar was at 302 S 9th Ave in Beech Grove. The cat fled northbound up 9th Ave and was last seen at houses on the west side of 9th between Byland and Churchman. Cat was very skiddish and flighty.
