We don’t have the dogs but they were spotted at 49th and Illinois st around 5pm heading east. I tried to call them over to help them and they wouldn’t come close. There were 2 beagles both wearing collars.

I believe this is a young male husky. Seems friendly, but very interested in other dogs even when they are demonstrating they do not want his attention. Found in Garfield Park and followed me home. Is shedding his winter coat dramatically. No collar or other identifying information. Has the most mournful howl I’ve ever heard. Sits for treats.
