Female Rottweiler has been roaming in my yard for the last three days. I am trying to find her owner or get her to a safe home. If you are her owner, please come approve and give me a call as soon as possible. I’ve reached out to the animal control three times they cannot take her because she is not in any harms way or aggressive.
