Black or dark gray pitbull with white chest spotted on on ramp from e 56th St to 465. Stopped to try to get him but couldn’t get close to give water and took off down hill and I couldn’t chase. Seems very scared.

BO HAS BEEN FOUND! Our next door neighbor has found him! Luckily he was in the right place at the right time, he saw my other neighbor bring him out of her house!! She swore up and down she didn’t know who he belonged to. She changed his collar to a brand new black collar. If it hadn’t been for my next door neighbor, we may have not gotten him back!
