Very small female black cat, a little bit of brown on the abdomen, greenish-yellow eyes and white whiskers found near Avon Meijer off Raceway Road on June 16th, in the afternoon, around 3 p.m. She is super friendly and very sweet. She walked right up to our granddaughters and let them pick her up. Her left ear looks like she has been in a fight with cat or some other animal at some point, but not recently. Her tongue sticks out a little bit all the time. I’ve been feeding/watering her in hopes her owner would be found.
She is listed on the Indy Pets: Lost & Found Facebook page with no luck. She is microchipped, however the owner did not register her. From what the vet’s office said when I took her to be scanned for a microchip, she is probably an older cat. The rescue she was adopted from seems to no longer be around. It was called Helping PawZ. Their phone number doesn’t work and website doesn’t load. The last FB page update was in 2016.
I would assume she is spayed with coming from a rescue, but am not sure.
