Small/medium black dog with white and tan accents. SUPER sweet. No tags on blue collar. Ran off while I went to get water for it to drink. It was chasing a small yellowish dog and they seemed to be friends.

It is a small parakeet. It is mostly white but has a few light grey spots on its belly and back. It has been hanging around my apartment for almost a week now. I only see it during the day. It didn’t seem very afraid of me when I was closest to it on the first day.
