Extremely calm dog – did not panic when someone was honking their horn at them. Struck me as an older dog or a dog that may have some hearing/vision loss. Seemed like a herding breed like a sheepdog/collie.

Belgian Malinois type, female, prominent nipples, striped twill collar with no noticeable identification tag. Black face/tan body. Stopped and ate at feral cat station and then took off north on Ogden checking out trash cans. Could not be approached.

There was a white pit mix with black spots wearing a red/pink colored collar. I was not able to get close enough to see if there was a name/number on the collar since I had my dog with me.
