There is a deceased what looks to be shepherd puppy, may even be a pure bred German shepherd puppy that is still there as of 4/17/26. Black brown and tan. I saw a car pulled over a few days ago by it so I thought it was maybe an owner picking it up but it was still there today. It’s in the median between 465 and the 71st exit ramp.
