Small white dog. Ran across the street on Hopkins Road in Cumberland Heights Neighborhood of US 40 / E Washington Street. Dog was very skiddish but had a collar. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture but I live in Greenwood Station in Greenwood IN and there is a black German Shepard roaming around the neighborhood. He is very skiddish and runs from humans. No collar on but seems healthy and well taken care of I will try to get a picture of him, my son saw the dog running around the end of the neighborhood near Ray Crowe Elementary School.
