German Sheppard looked pretty young had a vest on, ran up the Keystone Ave exit of I-65 from Keystone Ave…tried to pull over but lost sight of it when I was able to, I’m sure it made it to southbound lanes of I-65, I called state police and let them know.

Black pitbull, severely malnourished seen trotting north on Sherman Ave., just past Southeastern Ave. He looked to have a skin condition too, and was in likely in need of medical attention due to condition. I was in a passing vehicle, and unable to get a picture, and could not find him by the time I was able to get turned around.
