This dog look like it may have been abandoned. Large mixed breed dog, thick short-haired coat, light red and blonde in color, spotted running scared down Alabama Street by the park between 19th and 20th Streets. The dog started to run to me when a loud firework went off nearby, but my dogs wouldn’t let it come close to us. Dog was visibly scared of the fireworks and took off heading south towards the Footlite Theater area.
