This dog appears to be a husky or husky mix, he/she was brown with white paws and a green harness and collar. I was unable to get a look at the collar tags because he kept running away, but there were multiple tags including some that looked like dog tags. He was looking around the Woodland Trace neighborhood on the Main Street for food and in trash cans. He seemed friendly, but skittish; was scared to approach and was very focused on finding/eating food. I lost him when he ran deeper south into the neighborhood.

Dark, short hair, tabby cat with yellow-green eyes and a clipped ear (left). We took her to the vet with a small dog collar and a red leash on, she is not chipped. When we got home she ran off with the leash and collar still on.
