Large shepard-type dog, black/brown with a red or pink collar, no visible tags, found near New Jersey St. and 52nd. Seemed scared and would not let anyone approach. Group of neighbors were able to lead her into neighbor’s fenced-in yard. IACS was contacted and found no microchip. IACS is currently holding the dog.
