Beautiful black, brindle dog. Seems young. Not neutered. Cropped tail. I tried to get him in along the white river south of 38th. Someone stopped and said he’s been out here for a few days. He was on the street looking for food but is skittish and scared. He did bark and show teeth once but seems sweet and just tired and scared. I posted on Facebook Group called Indy pets lost and found, and someone named Nina Johnson was with him once I left and said a police officer stopped by to assist, so likely headed to pound. I hope he has an owner!
