The collars are mine, I needed to get them into my garage safely. They are safe in my garage with beds, water, and warmth. I know someone is missing them. I found them off 70E on ramp near E post road and 25th. I drive around the housing additions but didn’t see anyone out. Super sweet, very loving and friendly.
