Rascal is a black-haired intact male Pomeranian (I think — or maybe he’s a Schipperke). When the vet scanned his chip, they told me his name (and that he’s 11 years old).
When I caught him, Rascal’s hair was much longer and matted than it is in my photo, and he had fleas, and no collar on. Yesterday afternoon, I had a groomer trim off his matted hair, and I gave him a flea bath. And also a collar.
Please provide proof of ownership.
