Long haired female small dog found off 30th and Elmira street in the alley. Very friendly. Had a red collar very tightly bound on her neck where upon removal was raw. Nails very long, hair matted, a few fleas. Did give her a bath, water and food. She is currently inside. Please show proof of ownership upon contact. She appears to have an untreated lipoma on her abdomen.
