Small chihuahua mix found wandering along Nowland Ave and Tecumseh, near Spades Park. No collar. Mostly white with caramel brown ears and some spots. Female, appears to have spay tattoo. VERY friendly, came right up to me when I pulled over and jumped into my car within 15 seconds.
