Blue/charcoal grey pittie, not neutered, not chipped. Found at Brookside Park on East side of town.
Very sweet, young (around 1 yr is my guess), seems house trained. He is skinny but not deathly skinny. Has some cuts and scars. Seems to be in good shape other than being really dirty/hungry.
