Female toy size dog. Found in ally with closest cross street of Vernon and 47th st in lawrence, IN. She is white with some grey on her ears and tan spots possibly buy hard to tell with the matted hair. She seems to have her voice box removed as she can not bark. Super friendly and to me looks to be young. I’m going now to check for microchip.
