Found female dog. Maybe 10-15lbs. Looks to be possibly a chihuahua or rat terrier. No collar, no chip. Primarily black with white chest, white marking up middle of snout to top of head, some brown and white on muzzle, brown paws and parts of legs. Proof of ownership required.
