Found this sweet boy running in the streets last night by The Library Restaurant & Pub.
We have him & he is safe but we cannot keep him much longer. We have other dogs that I’m afraid to have them near one another. He looks to be neutered, very sweet boy. He has a gray collar on but no tags.
