This lil guy is a black Shih Tzu found at the corner of 34th and Euclid. He’s very sweet and friendly, I’m sure whoever he belongs to is missing him terribly. He has no collar, or identification. If you know anything about him please let me know. It’s so cold out I had to bring him in so he wouldn’t freeze
