Petite male found after car dumped him.

Female seen dumping him, when I went out to ask her about him she hopped in her vehicle and zoomed off.

He came to me immediately, very sweet and housebroken!

Just wanted to post in case she dumped someone else’s dog and they are looking for him! But he is skin and bones 🙁
