What I was told by the person that surrendered this dog to me is that the dog just walked into their house as they were moving in. The finder hasn’t answered my questions yet so the dog was found somewhere near Perry and Shelby. Date found and time is approximate due to finder not letting me know. I have the dog now but not getting much info from finders.
