Found deceased small white male unaltered dog. Has been running in streets for days. Not able to trap it. Has no collar and I scanned it for a chip and it has none. I took photos if anyone needs to see them. I submitted a Sean animal removal request with the city. I placed him up in the grass by the NE corner of Brookville Rd and Emerson Ave. I’m sorry for your loss.
