Friendly black cat. No ear tip. No collar. Has visited our backyard twice and usually stays for a couple hours. Unclear if this is a neighbor’s taking care of it (food, vet visits) while it roams the neighborhood during the day. If someone is taking care of this cat, I’d like to know, otherwise I can take it to the shelter. Cannot tell if male or female.
