I found this dog on Boulevard Avenue near Crown Hill Cemetery. A woman from a nearby apartment told me he was abandoned along with a second dog by his owners when they moved out of a nearby house several days ago. I couldn’t find the other dog. I took this one to a vet, but he is not chipped.
