Found wondering East 38th St. Hyper but mostly well behaved. He doesn’t like to be alone gets attached very easily. Brown and black with a white coat underneath. He’s a puppy can’t be no older than 2. If you’re not tough with him he will walk all over you. But once he sees that he’s not in charge he relaxes and listens. Since he is a puppy he likes to nibble and bite but he never does it hard and when you are strict with him he stops. Not sure what breed but maybe some form of bully/pit. His color was pink but he broke it.
