This baby (heeler maybe) showed up in our driveway this morning. He is cold, wet, hungry, and very vocal. Super skittish and terrified but we gained his trust, brought him inside, took his sweater off, made a bed for him, and fed him (he loves steak). We cannot keep him as we have three rescues already. I’ve edited out his collar as whoever claims him will need to describe it in detail. If I can safely get ahold of him again, we will take him to get scanned for a microchip.
