Pulled deceased small brown and tan male dog out of E. 34th Street between Sherman & Emerson. He is on the north sidewalk. He was on the edge so does not have any visible damage. If you text me I can share the picture I took and his exact location. He had a blue and yellow collar on and green jingle bellls attached. Looked like a chihuahua or min pin mix.
