nearly black but darkest brown pit bull mix, walked out of yard near Sullivan’s @ 49th and Pennsylvania St into street and then willingly got in my car as i opened the door to check on him. lovey, wears a leash, not neutered, let me pet him right away. is howling & whining in my garage and doesn’t want to be alone. no chip, took to noahs 24 ER to check.
