FOUND DOG – Tuesday 11/5 at 5:00 PM: Male dog was hit by a car near Edgewood & Harding – Indianapolis, Indiana. Dog was wearing a red collar and chain. Must have been chained up and broken free. Appears to have a broken leg. Very friendly.
