Small black dog found in the Wynbrooke neighborhood wearing a black harness with no collar. Very friendly, losing hair on his back side. He was taken to a vet and is not chipped. He is safe with a neighbor, proof of ownership will be required to return. Please reach out if you recognize this dog!
