Looks like a black lab mix with a white “crest” on its chest, and a greying muzzle. Wearing a pink and yellow polkadot collar that says elevationlab on it. No Tag. I will require proof of ownership. And when the vet opens tommorow will attempt to check for microchip, as well as giving the collar to the police station (I believe it has an air tag in it)
